Imagine a Godless city, full of faith seekers, suckers, and those easily led astray. The beacon of light to guide you is The Church of Babel, where your preacher is a compulsive gambler blindly leading his flock into oblivion!
In this debut performance of Act 1, we find religious imagery usurped by greed, presenting a delightful parody of power, desire, and religious charisma.
The Church of Babel is a fully sung musical theater / opera piece, with puppetry and live actors.
